A message of hope for Childlovers struggling in this life. It's about the need for the worldly death to attain the spiritual life in Christ. It's about the need to take up in one's own cross, the lusts that creep into every thought, the persecutions and frustrations of being so alone (as Childlovers often are), the self-hatred imposed by others for these afflictions, and give all that over to the Lord daily, so that in pinning it to his cross we may die to it and therefore live free to God, where all joy and abundance flows forth. It's hope for those who struggle. It's a message I have yet to learn myself.
We are afflicted in every way, but not constrained; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our body. For we who live are constantly being given up to death for the sake of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 2 COR 4:7-15
"Praise to the Lord, who over all things so wonderfully reigneth.
Shelters thee under his wings, yes so gently sustaineth.
Has thou not seen
how all thy longings have been...
how all thy longings have been...
granted in what He ordaineth."
